Daddy went for a boy's football weekend with his guys so Kelsey and I decided to take a girls trip of our own to visit Aunt Brooke in NC. We flew into Raleigh and spent a couple nights at Aunt Brooke's place in Carrboro. Then we hit the road and headed to the Outer Banks to spend some time at the beach. Kelsey is turning into a phenomenal traveler!! It was a blast and the seafood was yum-o! Thanks for everything, Aunt Brooke! We had a blast!

Reading, Then and Now

We've been reading to Kelsey since she was in the NICU and she truly LOVES books. She brings me book after book after book all day. Often, she wants her favorites reread over and over. Adam periodically takes a picture during our nightly bedtime story and this is a small representation. Our BIG girl!

Aunt Courtney, one of my closest friends, came to town to play. On Saturday, we had a great time at the pool and then we had my first official girls night (that went hand in hand with Kelsey's weaning). We, along with my friend up here, Carrie went to a DELICIOUS dinner and the Black Eyed Peas concert. It was a BLAST!! Sunday, we went to Kelsey's second Cards game of the season, but this one we actually got to see (no rain delay). Monday we chilled at home and went to lunch. It was a fantastic weekend with one of our favorite people!

Meeting Rampage

Aunt Caulli came in for a long weekend and we had a great time at a Cardinals Baseball game, seeing the Arch, going to eat, shopping and going to a Rams practice. Kelsey even got to meet the infamous Rampage at the field. It was a very exciting weekend!! Thanks for coming all the way from FL, Aunt Caulli! We love you!
